Trong đó hai loài Aspergillus oryzae và Aspergillus niger có nhiều ứng dụng trong sản xuất thực tế như sản xuất tương, axit hữu cơ và là nhà máy tế bào để sản xuất các enzyme thương mại amylase và phytase.
